How do I return my order?

We will assess your return request and if approved, we will let you know the instructions to proceed with your return. Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Then, carefully seal the package and be sure to take the package to the post office as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

Orders can be returned within 7 days (check your product eligibility on our full return policy )

Due to our limited stock quantities, we strictly require all returns to be processed within 7 days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Domestic Customers: For orders under $200 a shipping cost of $10 normal postage and $20 express postage, is charged.
All orders over $200 will qualify for Free shipping.

International Customers: The Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at Checkout. (International customers are responsible for the cost of Import Customs and Duties incurred).

Can I still change my order?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking number is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to and we will contact the shipping company.
