Returns and Shipping

Online Returns (AUSTRALIA-WIDE)

Due to our limited stock on each collection, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Item must not have been worn for photoshoot or content creation. For collaboration inquiries and if you want to use our items for shoots, etc, please contact us at bonjour@maisontorrini.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at bonjour@maisontorrini.com. You will be provided with instructions and the address to return it to.

Please note: Shipping costs (for returns or exchanges) of already dispatched orders are non-refundable. 

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement.

Please, find below the return options we offer, as they depend on the item(s) you are returning:

  • FULL PRICE ITEMS: Items purchased at full price (no promotions / discounts applied) are eligible for exchange, credit note or refund to the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned item/s (Items where the 10% welcome code has been applied are included in this policy and can be returned for exchange, credit note or refund)

  • PROMOTION ITEMS: Items purchased with a promotion (e.g 20% Off Full Priced Pumps) can be returned for an exchange or credit note to the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned items. No refunds will be given.

  • SALE ITEMS: Items purchased on sale and at clearance markdown price online can't be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund. No refunds will be given.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return request that has passed the 7 days return window won't be accepted.

Note that any Gift card or Credit note can't be returned for cash refund.

Online Returns (INTERNATIONAL)

Due to our limited stock on each collection, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at Checkout, once you've selected the country of destination, and entered your shipping address.

International customers are responsible for the cost of Import Customs and Duties incurred.

In the event of a return for a refund or an exchange, the customers is responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, as well as the shipping cost for the exchanged goods shipped to the customer's address.

Market Return

Please note that, all purchases from the Market Stalls are finals and can't be returned for an exchange, refund or a credit note, for a change of mind, regardless of the items being full priced or on sale.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, credit notes or gift cards, and items purchased at market stalls for a change of mind.

Exchanges

Please, contact us with the item you would like to exchange for, and we will secure the item for you. One your return arrives at our warehouse and be inspected, if your return is approved, your exchange item will then be shipped.

Please, note that you are responsible for the exchange shipping cost, and we will invoice you with a flat rate of $12 normal postage, and $20 Express postage and handling.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to pack our orders as quickly as possible. Online orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, and delivered within approximately 3-7 working days. (local), and 7 to 15 days (international).

Australia based customers:

We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $250. A flat rate of $12 normal postage, and $20 Express postage and handling fees will be charged for any order under $250.

International customers:

The Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at Checkout, once you've selected the country of destination, and entered your shipping address.

The customer is responsible for the cost of Import Customs and Duties incurred.

 

During peak season, delays to our usual processing times are expected to occur. Please allow an extra 5 working days before contacting our Customer Service Team at bonjour@maisontorrini.com.
